Bacon candy: the recipe

My friend James the Giant gave me the recipe for bacon that “tastes just like candy, man.” I thought I would share.

  • Put the bacon in a baking dish (originally I typed this as a bacon dish, mmmm).
  • Cover with fresh ground pepper
  • Cover with brown sugar
  • Bake (in the oven) until done, probably something like ten minutes @ 350 — ymmv

Boom. Try not to eat an entire pound of bacon by yourself.
