Sorry for the delay gents. In about two hours I got a new toy to play with and one of my more popular websites decided to not work anymore. SO I’VE BEEN A BIT BUSY.

WOW, when you put the numbers together its quite shocking…
You have 1,160 kids — living with a Single Mom — of which less than half are employed.
So the 234 households that earn employment income - may have a chance to work themselves into a better apartment/housing (”Work Force Housing”) - which could mean better schools.
But what about the other 519 households that don’t have income?

Yeah it is kind of terrifying. I keep talking about this with a couple people and it seems like you need to educate people on how jobs work. Even if it puts you at a loss for a couple years having a job will eventually (hopefully) put you in a place to make more money.
Although I imagine a lot of single mothers can’t afford to get a job because of childcare. Just a guess though.
